When the rotor is running, it can slide back and forth along its radial grooves and is always in contact with the inner surface of the pump casing. Rotates with the rotor to divide the vacuum pump chamber into a number of variable volume spaces.
The rotor of the micromotor of the rotary vane pump is installed in the pump body with a certain eccentric distance, and is close to the fixed surface of the inner surface of the pump body. Three or more rotating blades are installed in the slot of the motor rotor. When the rotor of the motor rotates, the rotating blades can reciprocate along its axial groove and always contact the cavity of the pump body. This rotating vane rotates with the motor rotor and can divide the mechanical pump cavity into several variable volumes. Pay attention to the following matters when actually operating the micro-rotary vane pump: 1. Check the oil quantity, and it is advisable to drip oil to the oil level gauge management center when the pump is stopped. The exhaust valve is too low to seal the oil, compromising the vacuum. Too high will cause the air to start the oil pump. During operation, the amount of oil increases to a certain extent, which is all normal. Select the desired type of cleaning vacuum pump oil and add it from the oil inlet. After supplying oil, screw on the oil plug. Oil should be carefully considered to prevent dust from entering and blocking the oil inlet. 2. When the working temperature is too high, the temperature of the oil will increase, the viscosity will decrease, and the saturated vapor pressure will expand, resulting in a certain reduction in the ultimate vacuum pump. The ultimate vacuum pump is the total gas pressure measured by the thermocouple. For example, increasing the heat dissipation of the natural ventilation heat pipe or improving the characteristics of the oil pump can improve the extreme vacuum pump. 3. Check the ultimate vacuum pump of the mechanical pump with the liquid mercury vacuum gauge as the standard. If the meter is fully pre-pumped, the pump temperature will stabilize and the pump port and meter will connect immediately. Within 30 minutes of operation, the limit of the vacuum pump will be reached. The value measured by the total pressure gauge is related to the deviation of the oil pump, vacuum gauge and pressure gauge, and sometimes the deviation is even quite large, which is for reference only. 4. The pump can be started at one time with air or full vacuum. If the relay is connected to the pump port, it should operate separately from the pump. 5. If the air humidity is high, or the extracted steam contains more condensable steam, after connecting to the extracted container, the ballast valve should be opened and closed after 20-40 minutes of movement. Before stopping the pump, you can open the ballast valve and run at full load for 30 minutes to prolong the service life of the pump.
